Heal Force Extraction

Heal Force data extraction utility

This script will extract heart rate data from the Heal Force Prince 180D .DAT (or .ESK) files.

You will need to install and run the ECG Viewer Manager program to import the data from the device into your computer.

Choosing a file then use the 'Select' buttons followed by Ctrl+C to copy the data to the clipboard for export.

[Notes: ECG State: 1=below 0, 2=above 0, 129=QRS. A 300 Hz sampling rate is assumed. There is a 512 byte block of data that is ignored which probably contains useful information...]

  1. Hi! Thanks for that great little tool!
First i thought it doesn't work correctly (i opened a .dat from a 4 point ecg), but with the simple ecg it shows the correct graph. Do you know of a way to view or convert the 4 point ecg data? The included software is terrible...

    1. Sorry for the delay in replying! I don't monitor the blog....Presumably you have found a solution to the problem of the multilead ECG. If not, let me know and I can give it a go.

  2. Hello Christof,

I'm interested in the file format of the Prince 180D, but not only regarding ECG data, but as well the O2 pulse oximetry data. Would you give out the information that you found out about that file format? You can reach me at "heal#force at" (remove all the dashes).
